Tandem Water Softening Systems

Tandem water softening systems are used in industrial facilities to remove the hardness of high hardness water. Water softening systems remove calcium and magnesium from the water with the cationic resin in the mineral tank. Working with the simple ion exchange principle, these resins capture the Ca and Mg ions in the water and leave the Na ions in the resin structure instead.

Salt consumption for 1 liter of resin is 150 grams. Resin capacity 6000 FR/Liter
The supply of dry instrument air required for the operation of the pneumatic valves belongs to the customer. Recommended compressor air 100 liters/min.-8 bar
