Stoker Steam Boiler

Stoker Front Furnace Boilers: Hot gases pass through the combustion chamber, which we call the first transition, and are transported to the front part towards the second smoke pipes. The gases passing through the front smoke box are collected here and go to the cyclone. After leaving the cyclone, it passes into the chimney and is ejected from there. Since it works with the principle of top burning, the coal burns completely and pollutes the environment at a minimum level.

The feed water of the boiler is heated in the front furnace and then enter to the boiler. This speeds up the steam production. Coal bin, loading and hull auger, coal silo, reducers that turn the auger, fresh air fan are the main elements of the system. Combustion takes place in the section we call the bin. The part that carries the coal to the boat is called the boat helix, the part that carries the coal to the silo is called the loading helix. Since the fuel is loaded into the boiler with a helix, the combustion takes place from the bottom and thus the combustion is complete and the unburned coal particles do not spread to the environment.
