Scotch Type Steam Boilers are liquid and gas fueled, flame-smoke tube, high efficiency and fully cylindrical boilers most commonly used in industrial facilities where high pressure is required.
Since Scotch type steam boilers have a large water volume capacity, respond quickly to the need for steam.
The efficiency of our Scotch type steam boilers is 92% and increases to 95% with the economizer.
Our Scotch type steam boilers are suitable for automation.
The production and subsequent controls of our Scotch type steam boilers are carried out by TÜRAK and TÜV AUSTRIA.
In our facility, whose quality management system is documented according to ISO 9001:2008 standard, our scotch type steam boilers are produced in accordance with the pressure equipment regulation (PED)(2014/64/EU).


Technicial Specifications

The design and construction of our scotch steam boilers are in accordance with TSE 12953.
The sheets used are pressure vessel sheets in P355 -P265-P235 GH quality standard.
The pipes used are steel drawn boiler pipes in DIN 17175 and DIN 2448 standards.
Internal and external wall welds are made by fully automatic SAW submerged arc welding method.
Flame smoke pipes are welded by the boiler mirror method.
Grate room is made of full-length fox type corrugation.
Boilers are hydraulically tested at 1.5 times the working pressure.
