Fluidized Bed Steam Boiler: They are fully automatic controlled, highly efficient, environmentally friendly water tube boilers designed for solid fuel burning.

Combustion takes place on an air cushion in a bed of coal and ash.

 

The coal burns in the lower part and in the fluidized bed, the hot gases coming out pass through the water-tube heat exchanger group in the upper part and heat the water for steam production.

 

The steam is transferred to the plant from the steam dome formed in the upper part.

After the gases leave the particles in the cyclone and pass through the economizer, they go to the filter with the help of the chimney fan and are thrown into the atmosphere.
